Description: Our core Beginner Driver Education (BDE) course combines flexible digital learning with hands-on behind-the-wheel instruction specifically tailored for G2-level drivers. Master defensive driving fundamentals online, then put your skills into practice with private, one-on-one in-car coaching focused on getting you road-ready and test-confident.
Includes:
30 Hours Online Theory: Flexible, self-paced digital instruction covering essential traffic laws, hazard perception, vehicle control, and G2-level defensive driving techniques.
10 Hours In-Car Training: Private, one-on-one lessons (60 minutes per session) focusing on city driving, highway maneuvers, parking, and safe decision-making in various road conditions.
Insurance Discount Eligibility: Graduates are recorded in the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) database upon course completion (retrievable via ServiceOntario Driver’s Licence History). This record makes you eligible for potential auto insurance discounts with participating insurance providers. (Note: Insurance discounts are set by individual insurance providers; neither the MTO nor Root2Success Driving School can guarantee specific discount rates).
MTO Certification Fee Included: Course price includes the mandatory MTO certification processing fee ($15–$40 value).
